Pulman's View prints 'secret' EDDC document

The EDDC Scrutiny and Overview Committee report — officially named Task and Finish Forum — Improving Ward Member Interaction With Planning Final Report September 2011 — appeared briefly on the EDDC website before being pulled off. EDDC has refused a Freedom of Information Act request from a member of the public, who wanted a copy of a report.
